How the Custom Order Process Works
1. Submit Your Inquiry
Complete the form below with your project details—product type, quantity, deadlines, and any design requests.
2. Review & Initial Quote (2 Business Days)
I’ll review your inquiry and respond within two business days. You’ll receive an initial quote based on the details provided. If I need any additional information to clarify your project, I’ll reach out before sending your quote.
3. Design Fee & Agreement
Custom orders require a flat design fee (starting at $75), which covers design time and up to two rounds of revisions. Once paid, I’ll begin your custom design. The design fee will be applied toward the total cost of your finished product.
4. Proofing & Final Quote
After you approve your design proof, I’ll provide a detailed final quote, including production costs, turnaround time, and any adjustments based on the approved design. Full payment is required before production begins.
5. Production & Delivery
Production starts once payment is received. You’ll receive a progress update mid-production and shipping or pickup details once your order is complete.
